HEALING & CEREMONY
Sound Healing is a powerful therapeutic modality that combines different healing instruments and music to re-align our multidimensional well-being, working on the physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic bodies simultaneously and activating the body’s innate intelligence to heal itself.
Sound therapy uses instruments such as Tibetan bowls, crystal quartz singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, shakers and others, with some applied directly on or near the body for greater effect. Crystal’s sound healing sessions often integrate energy work, Reiki, aromatherapy, acupressure, intuitive voice and light language channeling in both one-on-one and group sessions.
Individual sessions usually begin with energy and aura clearing through smudging with copal, sage or various aromatic herbs, helping to prepare the participant for the session. Group sessions begin with a general smudging of the space.
While sound healing and sound journey are similar and the terms are often used interchangeably, there is a distinction: a sound journey involves deliberate energetic guidance that takes participants on a more distinct inner journey.
A Sound Journey is an opportunity to surrender to the frequencies heard and allow deep emotional and physical processes to unfold, potentially resulting in profound healing, transformation and revelations. As vibration moves through the body, it can induce deep relaxation, energetic and somatic release, emotional processing, insight and a renewed sense of connection with oneself and with Spirit.
The experience may be deeply grounding and restorative, and it is not uncommon to move into unexpected, expansive inner landscapes — vivid imagery, altered states of mind, encounters with presences or spiritual guides, journeys into other realms or dimensions, or a sense of entering a space beyond the ordinary.
The body responds in its own language: tension giving way to release, pain transforming into ease, waves of energy, tingling, warmth, lightness or renewed vitality. Memories and emotions may surface, bringing new insights or resolutions to experiences and relationships that have remained unresolved.
With Crystal’s words:
“Each person’s experience is unique, as each enters with their own history, their own body and their own inner landscape. My role is to open the space, initiate the process through guided meditation, intention setting and channelled sounds, allowing the journey to unfold intuitively in response to the energies present. Each journey is different, and is as much a surprise to me as to my patients. It is a beautiful shared field of healing and energetic co-creation.”

HEALING & CEREMONY
Cacao has been revered for thousands of years as a sacred plant, particularly within the ancient Maya and Aztec cultures, where it held an important place in ritual, community and spiritual life. Regarded as a heart-opening Master or Teacher plant, cacao invites us into a different kind of relationship with ourselves and with one another — one rooted in connection, presence and receptivity.
Cacao ceremonies are both introspective and deeply communal. We gather, share ceremonial cacao with intention, and allow its presence to unfold through meditation, music, singing, reflection and connection. There is space to turn inward and listen, and also to open outward — to laugh, sing, share, connect and experience the energy of the group.
Crystal’s ceremonies are guided through intention, ritual, meditation and live medicine music and group voice activation. Sound becomes part of the ceremonial journey, supporting whatever wants to emerge while creating a shared field of connection and presence.
Cacao offers an invitation to open, listen and reconnect — with ourselves, with one another and with the heart.

HEALING & CEREMONY
Plants have their own intelligence, their own language and their own relationship with the living world. For thousands of years, Indigenous cultures have worked with particular psychoactive plants as medicines, teachers, allies and guides — plants understood to have the capacity to support healing, reveal insight, shift consciousness and help us reconnect with ourselves and the world around us.
Some plants are regarded as Master Plants because of the depth and transformative nature of their relationship with human beings. Working with them is not only about consuming a substance, but about entering into a relationship with, approaching the plant with intention, respect and receptivity, and allowing the encounter to teach us in its own way.

HEALING & CEREMONY
Plant ceremonies offer a deeply introspective space for inner exploration, healing, transformation and connection. Guided with intention, ritual, sound and presence, these ceremonies create a supportive container for an extended inner journey, allowing participants to surrender to the process and embrace the emerging process — emotionally, somatically, energetically or spiritually. Each journey is unique, unfolding according to the individual, the plant and the energy of the ceremonial space.
For ceremonies personally guided by Crystal, the experience is held from the initial consultation, preparation and intention-setting through the journey itself and most importantly post-journey integration. Ceremonies are guided with live channelled music and energetic support, responding to the unfolding process with deep attention, respect and care for the individual needs.

HEALING & CEREMONY
The purpose of energy cleansing is to break up and disperse accumulated negative energy, clear emotional residue, harmonize the spaces around you, create energetic boundaries, and establish thresholds for protection.
Energy cleansing is done through smudging with copal resin, sage, sweetgrass and palo santo; cleansing techniques using fresh aromatic plants such as rue, rosemary, cedar and basil; the use of Florida water and mapacho smoke (pure ceremonial tobacco); as well as drums, rattles or Tibetan bowls applied directly on or around the body. Reiki, light language activation, prayer and incantation may also be used, as called for by the particular case or energetic field.
Burned with intention, copal and sage help lift dense residue after conflict, illness, loss or a move; clear energetic contamination after the presence of guests or ceremonies; and support sensitive individuals who are prone to being affected by the energy of others. They are particularly effective for clearing spaces such as homes or workspaces, and for opening and closing ritual or spiritual practices.
After sage has cleared the space, Palo Santo fills the cleared space with high-vibration, positive energy. Where sage removes, Palo Santo adds, activating positive and beneficial energy. In some cases, a special, targeted blend of herbs is used, particularly when the nature of the issue is known beforehand. This may be addressed through a repeat session.
The session starts with a 15–30 minute consultation (the time varies case by case), during which the person shares specific details about their state of mind and their intention for the cleansing. All information shared is received and considered with the utmost respect, compassion and kindness by the practitioner.
This is followed by the cleansing itself, which is done partially standing and partially sitting down. Lying down may also be called for in some cases. Through the information shared, together with a compassionate and intuitive connection with the energetic field of the individual, the practitioner determines the depth and scope of the energy work required and the specific tools to be used during the session.
The result of an energetic cleansing may be a feeling of lightness, easier breathing, a state of calm, serenity and balance, increased faith in the natural harmonizing processes that take place n the subconscious mind when intention is activated, and a greater ability to navigate emotional challenges. In some cases, one session goes a long way; in others, multiple sessions may be required.
